Step 1: Assessment

Step 2: Precise Measuring
X marks the spot. We’ll mark the centre point, confirm the finished height, and note the bracket or clip spacing from the back of the mirror. We also allow for any frame overhang or bevel so the mirror sits flush. Every line is double-checked, and clear temporary guides go on the wall so drilling happens exactly where it should.

Step 3: Choosing the Right Fittings
Different walls need different anchors. We pick hardware that matches both the wall type and the mirror weight. Masonry gets sturdy plugs, drywall gets proper anchors or direct stud fixing, and tile gets gentle but precise drilling with a carbide tip. The goal is simple. Safe, long-lasting, and invisible support that keeps your mirror perfectly in place for years.

Step 4: Prep the Surface
We protect floors and furniture with drop cloths and move any nearby items. If we are drilling into tile or fresh paint, we add masking to prevent slips and chips. Dust control matters, so we set up a simple catch or use a vacuum while drilling. For bathrooms, we quickly wipe down condensation or oils on the wall so the adhesive and seals bond cleanly.

Step 5: Drilling
We drill slowly and straight, following our marks with the right bit and speed. Holes are vacuumed clean, anchors go in snug, and brackets or clips are fixed firmly with corrosion-resistant screws. We test every fixing with a gentle pull to confirm strength. 

Step 6: Hanging and Levelling
With two hands on the mirror, we lift, hook, and rest it on the mounted hardware. We check the bubble from both directions, make micro adjustments, and tighten set screws so nothing shifts over time. For frameless glass, we add clear bumpers to prevent vibration and keep a tiny air gap for ventilation. Once the mirror is level and secure, we remove guides and tape.

Step 7: Seal
In wet zones, we apply a neat bead of silicone along the top and sides to block moisture. We buff the glass, tidy the edges, and remove all dust and packaging. Finally, we do a quick safety check and show you how the hardware works, plus simple care tips to keep the mirror spotless.
